Warm Bath Helps - yes, it helps a lot to make you fall asleep easily. Once you feel like you are not sleepy even if it's already late at night, take a long, relaxing warm bath to soothe your whole body and get the relaxation you need. For sure, your body will find your bed a better place to sleep on after it. #4. Take a Glass of Warm Milk - it usually works on insomniac people although, not to everyone. However, just try to get a glass of warm milk whenever you cannot sleep at night especially if it is because of nicotine withdrawal and see for yourself if it helps.
